Your order is shipped by Japan Post or DHL. You can check below for the estimated delivery time (rough estimate). We will notify you of the tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination, the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose.
The amount of shipping is automatically computed but this is NOT finalized at the time of checkout until we finalize it. We will modify it in case there is a huge discrepancy between the amount displayed at the time of checkout and the real amount we pay to Japan Post or DHL, and we will accordingly email you the bill for the additional amount, or refund you the difference if necessary.
Note 1: For Express shipping (DHL or postal EMS), we use the cheaper method after recomputing the shipping cost of each method. Thus, the amount of shipping displayed at checkout is NOT final. We will then modify the amount for your payable accordingly. Please specify in order instruction column at the checkout, in case you have a request, like “please use DHL” or “I want to use EMS only”, etc.
Note 2: Currently there is a considerable delay in delivery worldwide due to the reduction and limitation of commercial flights or sea freights with the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic.
Note 3: There are countries and regions for which some services are not available with the influence of the COVID-19. You cannot choose that shipping method(s) which is not available if applicable.
Payment
The amount payable for the purchase of product(s) is the total of the price each product and the shipping charge. Payment can be made with a credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) or PayPal, or QR code (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay). Consumption tax in Japan (10%) is exempted for overseas shipping (please note that this tax should be charged in case of being shipped to address in Japan).
Please be noted that the customers are responsible for paying any customs duties (import tax, value-added tax, customs fees, etc.) in the country of receipt, if applied.
If you would like other methods (bank transfer or bank check, etc.), please choose “Custom pay” at the time of checkout. We will later email you necessary information for the requested payment accordingly.
Replacement & Exchange
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us. We are happy to send you the replacement at our expense right away.
If you want to exchange an item (only new, unopened) due to your personal preference, such as “I ordered a wrong item” or “The item is not what I expected”, please let us know what item you want to exchange. Then send the original item at your expense. Also, we charge you the postage for sending the exchanged item.
Others
- The colors of the images might be slightly different from the actual products.
- We will contact you immediately in case the item(s) you ordered is / are sold out and no more available, or shipping of the items is scheduled to be delayed for some time by the reason that the item(s) is / are temporarily not in stock
- Our glue, spray, and liquid products are NOT in this online shop (they are not available for overseas shipping). These items are prohibited from shipping internationally regardless of posting method (either airmail or seamail) under all circumstances, because they are designated as dangerous items under relevant aviation laws and regulations.
